At the Federal Way Community Center, you can literally reach new heights. Our 27-foot climbing pinnacle has eight belay stations and climbs rated from 5.4 to 5.10. Take classes or climb on your own.

For a $3 rental fee, we’ll hook you up with all the gear you need. Got your own? Bring it in! It just needs to pass a quick safety inspection.

Open Climb times are generally in the afternoon/evenings and are available to pass-holders and drop-ins alike. Youth and preschool climbing classes are offered regularly.

Rent the pinnacle for corporate events or birthday parties.

There’s no age restriction, but climbers must weigh at least 30 pounds.

All Federal Way Community Center rock climbing participants must have a risk/liability waiver form (PDF) on file at the community center.

All children under 18 must also have a completed parent permission form on file before climbing.
