FIELD RENTALS IN FEDERAL WAY

The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department in the City of Federal Way is managing requests for the use of athletic fields for upcoming seasonal sports. If you want to secure a rental for your preferred sports field in Federal Way, please fill out the form below or contact our Recreation Manager. We will provide you with comprehensive details regarding availability, pricing, and any specific guidelines you must adhere to.

Keep in mind that sport field rentals in Federal Way are in high demand, so it’s advisable to make your reservation ahead of time! Gather your teammates, equip yourselves with sports gear, and get ready to have a blast!

Important Rental Inquiry Notice

Rental inquiries made within 14 days of the requested reservation date are not guaranteed a response due to high demand.

Season Reservation Schedule​

Reservations are accepted during set seasonal windows. Please submit your request during the date range for the season you are booking.Any reservation requested after the reservation date deadlines will not be guaranteed or may not be responded to due to high demand.

  • Winter Reservations (January–March): Accepted September 1 – November 30

  • Spring Reservations (April–June): Accepted December 1 – February 28

  • Summer Reservations (July–September): Accepted March 1 – May 31

  • Fall Reservations (October–December): Accepted June 1 – August 31

  • Tournament Requests: Accepted through December 31 of the prior year.

Field Prep – $30 per field
Youth Field Rate – $10 an hour for youth organizations inside FW
Diamond Dry/Turface – $20 a bag
Lights – $15 per hour
Vendor Fee – $100
Field Layout (soccer/football) – $200 per field
Miscellaneous Fees – Additional fees will be charged for large events
Field Damage – Any user group that causes excess damage is responsible for full cost of repair or renovation

Celebration Park

  • Four (4) Natural Grass Soccer Fields – Lighted
  • Four (4) Full Size Adult Softball Fields – Lighted

  • Running Track – No Reservation Required

Please note, soccer fields are painted on the outfield of the baseball field during the fall soccer season.

  • Tennis & Pickleball Courts – No Reservation Required

No Reservation is required for the running track, basketball court, tennis & pickleball courts, or sand volleyball court. First come first serve.
