INSURANCE: The applicant will be responsibile for any claims against the applicant arising out of the use of a booth by the applicant, its agents or members, or those attending the event. The City does not maintain insurance that will respond to such claims. Depending on the type and risk level of the event and involved or anticipated activity, the applicant may be required to obtain or provide proof of insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the event/activity by the applicant and applicant’s guests, representatives, volunteers, and employees in amounts deemed appropriate by the City, including naming the City as an additional insured on the policy. After reviewing the application, the City will determine whether you must obtain liability insurance.

RELEASE: User shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damage to property, which arises out of the use of Premises or participation in the/an event sponsored or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted, or suffered by User in or about the Premises or occurring during participation in the/an event sponsored, except those arising from the City’s sole negligence. I agree that I have authority to enter into this agreement for the Applicant. I also agree I have read and agree to the conditions outlined in the “Selection Criteria and Booth Information” on the reverse side of this application.

In unforeseen circumstances, we will work closely with sponsors to find suitable alternatives or provide necessary accommodations.

We love our sponsors and want to ensure they are represented! Depending on your choice in sponsorship level, your brand may be featured in promotional materials, signage, online platforms, shouted-out during events, and more!

Absolutely! We highly encourage sponsors to provide branded items for giveaways or event materials to be showcased at their booth throughout the event. This enhances attendee engagement and offers an opportunity for them to discover more about your brand and services.

The City provides one 12’x12’ area (unless otherwise noted).

Sponsors are responsible for providing all necessary set-up materials (tent, tables, chairs, displays, etc.)
