Darien Williams

Darien Williams graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He grew up in Tacoma, Washington where he was an elite multi-sport athlete. Darien graduated from Lincoln High School where he excelled on and off the football field, in fact he did so well, he received a full tuition scholarship to play cornerback for CWU. While attending Central, Darien received all conference honors and won 2 conference championships. He is a highly motivated and disciplined individual who is certified through NASM and has all the tools and skills to positively impact anyone who wants to improve their fitness. His elite athletic background and experience with different training styles serves as a huge advantage to his unique training ability.

With his knowledge and passion for health and fitness, it is Darien’s goal to inspire and to help everyone be their absolute best in the weight room, but also in life. In his spare time Darien enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family and keeping up with his favorite sports teams. He enjoys boxing and has gained significant knowledge and skill in this arena. Darien works on his craft daily, and it is his hope that others would be attracted to trying boxing as a means for a dynamic version of cardio, or simply personal interest. Having worked with and learned from professional athletes like former NFL quarterback John Kitna and many others; Darien knows what it takes to succeed athletically as well as improve general health and fitness.

Two-on-one personal training, also known as Partner Personal Training allows you to team up with a partner and share a personal training experience. Help keep each other motivated!
YOU MUST SIGN UP WITH YOUR PARTNER FOR PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING. PARTNERS ARE NOT ASSIGNED.

FITNESS CENTER POLICIES AND RULES

Rules posted in the FWCC fitness center must be adhered to at all times. Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of facility usage and/or membership.

OUTSIDE COACHING/TRAINING/INSTRUCTING IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE FWCC!

Only Personal Trainers of the Federal Way Community Center are allowed to offer instruction/coaching/training to other individuals or groups in the Federal Way Community Center.

Please respect the hard work of the trainers we hire at this facility and do not accept training inside our facility from outside individuals that are not employees of the Federal Way Community Center.

If it appears that these rules are not being followed, individuals will be reminded of the rules and if the issue continues this could result in the loss of one’s membership or use of the facility permanently.

Thank you for your understanding and respect of our facility and our Personal Trainers.

Only WATER is permitted in the Fitness Area. No food, soda, juice, flavor mix-ins, pre-workout, or any other non-water substances are permitted.  Failure to follow this rule may result in loss of facility use and/or membership loss.
