Madeline Cliffe is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and empowering others to reach their goals. She graduated from Biola University with a B.S. in Kinesiology, where she gained a strong foundation in anatomy, exercise science, and human performance.

Her athletic journey began at a young age, spending eight years as a competitive swimmer and playing multiple other sports. At nine years old, she discovered Zumba, and by fifteen, she was already instructing classes.  The experience of teaching group fitness shaped her love for training and movement. Since the age of eighteen, she has been a dedicated weightlifter and consistent gym-goer, combining her academic background with personal experience to develop effective training methods.

In her free time, Madeline is an aspiring author. She dedicates her time to marketing her books on social media and helping other indie authors find success. Her love of Zumba has also led to a love of hip hop dance, and she finds joy in learning new choreographies to master and share.

Madeline’s specialty is women’s health. She focuses on strength training, functional movement, and sustainable lifestyle habits. She aims to debunk the pseudo-science of social media and empower clients with research-based health information which will lead them to more active and energized life.
