Creating and Updating Accounts

FWCC transitioned to a new registration system in January 2019. If you did not have any outstanding activity on your account as of December 31st, 2018, you will need to create a new account.

Why is the date of birth required?
We require a birth date so that we can apply the correct fee and place participants in the appropriate program.

When adding additional family members in the relationship field, what is the difference between an additional family member and a secondary guardian?
The “secondary guardian” would be another adult over the age of 18 that may be responsible for registering and paying for programs and classes. The “additional family member” option would be used for your child or other dependents.

How do I change my password?
Click on “My Account” and “Sign in/Register.”
Click on the “forgot my password” option.
Enter the email address you have on file with our system.
Follow the steps in the email that you receive.

How is residency determined?
An individual is considered a Federal Way resident if paying City of Federal Way taxes.

Locating Programs

How do I locate a program on WebTrac?

On desktop/laptop:
1. Return to https://rec.cityoffederalway.com/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html
2. On the top banner, click “Search” and select “Activity Search”. You will be taken to ‘Activity Search Information.’
3. Sort from the side menu to filter desired ‘Type’, age from the ‘Age Category’, ‘Keyword Search’, and/or ‘Activity Number’.
4. Click on “Search.”
5. You will see courses in the search result field.

On phone/tablet:
1. Return to https://rec.cityoffederalway.com/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html
2. Click on the “Three line menu icon” in the top left corner. You will be taken to the “Activity Search Information.”
3. Click “Search” and select “Activity Search”. You will be taken to ‘Activity Search Information.’
4. Click the (purple) ‘filter button’ in the top right corner.
5. Sort from the menu to filter desired ‘Type’, age from the ‘Age Category’, ‘Keyword Search’, and/or ‘Activity Number’.
6. Click on “Search.”
7. You will see courses in the search result field.

Cancellations

How do I cancel a class, program, rental or membership?
Contact program coordinator or the FWCC front desk (253-835-6900) to be directed to the appropriate program area.

*Please note that cancellations must occur at least 48 hours in advance of the program start date. Programs cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the refund policy and neither a refund nor a credit will be available.

Making Payments and Payment History

How do I make a payment on my account?
1. Return to https://rec.cityoffederalway.com/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html
2. Click on “Sign In/Register” and type in your username (email address) and password.
3. Select ‘Checkout’ on the top menu banner and select ‘Pay Old Balances’
4. Click on the box to the left of the item and click on “Add to Cart.”
5. You will be taken to the “Shopping Cart.”
6. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to begin the payment process.

How can I see my payment history?
1. Return to https://rec.cityoffederalway.com/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html
2. Click on “Sign In/Register” and type in your username (email address) and password.
3. Click on “My Account” and locate “My History” under “History and Balances.”
4. You will see all programs that have been registered for under your account, the amount paid and any amount due.

How can I change my billing options/ payment method?
1. Return to https://rec.cityoffederalway.com/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html
2. Click on “Sign In/Register” and type in your username (email address) and password.
3. Click on “My Account” and locate “Installment Billing” under “Update.”
4. Click the blue “Update Bill Type” next to your program.
5. Under billing options, select from the drop down the option you would like to select.
6. Repeat for each program for which you wish to change billing.

How can I remove the payment plan and pay for my programs in full?
If you would like to change your payment plan to pay it in full, please contact the FWCC front desk (253-835-6900) or the program coordinator.

How do I update or change my credit card on file?
1. Return to https://rec.cityoffederalway.com/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html
2. Click on “Sign In/Register” and type in your username (email address) and password.
3. Click on “My Account” and locate “Auto Debit” under “Update.”
4. Click on the blue “Update Credit Card.”
5. Complete required fields and click the blue “Continue” button.

Where do I find my future balance/monthly payments due?

2. Click on “Sign In/Register” and type in your username (email address) and password.
3. Click on “My Account” and locate “Installment Billing” under “Update.”
