THE BANQUET HALL | ALDER, BIRCH, & CEDAR

Our 3 bay banquet hall is perfect for both large and small gathers with closing bay walls that can separate the hall into 3 separate rooms. Ideal for wedding receptions, luncheons & dinners, showers, meetings, and so much more!

Our banquet hall incorporates spaciousness of contemporary architecture with the natural beauty of the outdoors. Tall windows and high ceilings provide large amounts of natural light and an immersive night experience. Our expansive views of native trees and plants bring it all together for a gorgeous and surreal setting that makes your event shine. Gorgeous wooden floors bring light and warmth into the room and provides the perfect dance floor for guests!

Exterior doors leading to our patio provide easy access for an indoor/outdoor event, and a landscaped terrace makes an ideal naturalistic backdrop, perfect for wedding reception photography.

The banquet suite is composed of three flexible-design rooms — Alder, Birch and Cedar. Each room comfortably seats 96 banquet style, perfect for smaller events. For larger functions such as wedding receptions, we recommend combining two rooms or renting the full suite. 

* Customers must supply their own tables and chairs for patio seating.

THE FOREST LOUNGE

The Forest Lounge provides an intimate and comfortable space for you and up to 70 guests. A perfect location for baby showers, wedding showers, smaller receptions, meetings, and more. Large windows showcase the beautiful naturalistic scene behind FWCC.  Room comes complete with a kitchenette for your convenience.

THE MAPLE ROOM

Our Maple Room provides the perfect space for smaller, intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests. This is a perfect add-on space for weddings. Allowing you to practice a court dance, prepare a beauty parlor and dressing room, buffet set up, or just a separate area for the kids! This room also provides an excellent area for birthdays, smaller showers, and anniversary celebrations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

  • Serving alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender (hosted bar), with a banquet permit, which must be posted for the duration of the event with a banquet permit.
  • Beer, wine, and champagne is permitted.
  • All alcohol must stay within the designated rental area.
  • Serving alcohol must stop at least two hours prior to your end rental time.
  • Kegs must stay outside, and be served out of a plastic garbage can.
  • To maintain adequate security measures in light of the size and nature of the event, the City may schedule licensed security at the expense of the applicant. Fees for security will be determined at the time of rental application.

Yes. FWCC will provide tables and chairs but it is the renters duty to set them up.

FWCC does NOT cater. Choose from our list of preferred caterers or use one of your own. You may also rent the adjoining full-service kitchen, available to a licensed caterer only. Alcohol is allowed with a Licensed Bartender and a banquet permit from Washington state. Additional catering and bar guidelines will be provided as part of your rental contract.

  • There is a fee to use the catering kitchen of $300

Yes. Multi-Room rentals are allowed. Minimum rental amount of 2 hours per day required. New daily rental rates apply

The following is a list of items that are NOT allowed in the FWCC rental areas.

  • Tacks/staples
  • Tape
  • Wire
  • Putty
  • Confetti and glitter
  • Confetti balloons
  • Throwing of rice or birdseed indoors or out.
  • No releasing of balloons or animals such as doves or butterflies into the environment.
  • Fog machines / Bubble Machines
  • All cancellations must be received in writing.
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to rental will receive a full refund and 100% of damage deposit. A $25 administrative fee will apply.
  • Cancellations made 60 to 31 days prior to rental will receive 50% of the rental fee and 100% of the damage deposit. A $25 administrative fee will apply.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations 30 days or less prior to the event. 100% of the damage deposit will be returned.

FWCC is happy to provide additional rental materials for your event.

  • Linens: $8 /linen
  • Projector: $50 /day
  • Bistro Tables: $10 /table
  • Power Point Clicker: $10 /day
  • Sound System with Mic: $150 /day
  • Microphone: $10/mic
  • Easels: $20/easel

All set up and decoration must be done by the renter DURING the rental time period. No early entry is allowed. Additional time can be added to your rental (depending on availability) for an additional fee.
