Summer Camp registration begins on March 22nd and is first-come, firstserve.
Following registration, an ePACT invite- will be sent to collect additional youth information and will need to be filled out and ‘shared’ with The City of Federal Way: Federal Way Community Center.



How Do I Register?
Registration can be done online. If a session is full, you can add your child to
the wait list through the registration system.

How Do I Register Online?
The best way to guarantee your child’s space in is to register online here, pay the Summer Camp (K-8th) Enrollment Fee ($50) which is good
for the entire summer and place a holding fees ($50) on each week you
would like to register for (the remaining payment will be taken the Monday
prior to camp start date). Fireflies does not require a $50 enrollment fee.

  1. Login username (your primary email) and password. If you need assistance with either of these, please email for assistance.
  2. On the “Registration Home” page, click “Youth and Teen Camps”
  3. Select the appropriate camp (there are multiple pages of camps). Fireflies is for preschooler (ages 3-5), K-8th Summer Camp is for kids going into Kindergarten through 8th grade. Click the “+” next to enrollment fee and/or weeks of camp and then “add to cart” at the bottom of your screen.
  4. Select who you plan to register and toggle the registrations to “continue”
  5. Answer the questions FULLY for the enrollment fee regarding payment,
    toggle you have read and agree to the waiver and click “continue”.
  6. Billing Option: You will have the option to “Pay in Full” or toggle down and
    select “Summer Camp Billing Template (new card or card on file)”
  7. Pay in full: Payment for summer camp will be paid in full at time of
    registration $175 (early bird) or $185 (regular rate) per week plus $50 nonrefundable/
  8. Summer Camp Billing Template: Paying a $50 non-refundable and nontransferable holding fee to guarantee child’s spot in camp. Remaining payment will be due the Monday prior to attending. Payment will automatically be charged to the card you select or add to your account.
  9. Click “continue” and proceed to make a payment (and/or place a new card on file) to complete summer camp registration.

What Are The Payment And Refund Policies?

  • A non-refundable annual summer enrollment fee $50
  • A non-refundable / non-transferable $50 holding fee per week (remainder of payment is scheduled/due 7 days prior to start date)
    • If payment is declined, notification via phone call, email and/or at
      checkout. Accounts must have a $0 balance at 6pm on Monday (7 days prior to camp start date) or a late fee will be added.
    • If payment is not made by 6pm on Wednesday (5 days prior to start date), your spot will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waitlist.
  • Payment options include Visa, MasterCard (and cash/check at front desk)
  • If your camper is unable to attend, withdraw by 6:30am on Saturday (48
    hours prior to start date) will receive a refund (less the $50 holding fee and $50 enrollment fee)

Are Scholarships or Multiple Children Discounts Available?
No, we do not offer multiple child discounts.
FWCC offers a fee assistance program. If approved, families receive 25% off
per child, per week $50 holding fee is not included in Fee Assistance program.

Do You Offer Partial Weeks?
No, only full week camp options are available.

What Grade Does Camp Serve?
Kids going into Kindergarten through 8th grade in the fall.

Do You Accept DSHD Monies?
No, we are not a licensed childcare and cannot accept DSHS money.
