Personal Philosophy: Anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition may be. I want to help my clients achieve whatever that goal is. By pushing yourself, discipline and good technique and reaching goals while expanding your love for fitness.

Experience and Credentials: AA-S in Personal Fitness Trainer, certified AED/CPR/First Aid (American Red Cross).

Bio: Hannah has been working at the Federal Way Community Center for almost 8 years. She loves helping others to achieve their fitness goals. As a single mom of two, Hannah knows how difficult it can be to find time to take care of yourself and how important it is to make the time to incorporate exercise; not only from a physical stand point, but also mentally! Hannah specializes in kettlebell and weight training programs.
