Fitness For Life (50 min.)
Taught by Gail
Tu/Th 5:45am and 7:30am
$8 per class
The one stop workout where you will find yourself immediately locked into this fun and effective workout that make life easier! It combines 50 minutes of easy, yet effective circuits interlaced with weights, and resistance work – using various training tools. It’s a combination that drives up your endurance and gets your body moving, stronger and ripped. It’s a great compliment to any cardio or yoga based classes/workouts. Adaptable to most fitness levels, for Teens & Adults. Participants can start anytime as this an on-going program. HIIT Circuit (50 min.)
Taught by Michael
Tu/ W /Th/F 9:30am & 5:15pm
$8 per class
No specific muscle group targeting, we’re working everything. Your arms, legs and lungs will feel like they’re on fire in this circuit. We’ll mix it up, jump around and keep the heart rate up for the whole class. Expect to see improvements in speed, power, agility and endurance while shedding pounds and burning calories. Bring plenty of water and lots of determination.

Healthy Choices for Kids

It’s hard to get our kids to make good decisions when it comes to health. The best lesson I’ve learned over the years, as a parent, is that we need to lead by example. Good or bad, our kids develop many of their behaviors from what we say or do. My wife and I have always lead active lives, be it team sports, school or social activities, outdoor recreation, and so on.
