R.I.P.P.E.D (50 minutes) —The One Stop Body Shock where you will find yourself immediately locked into this high intensity workout. It combines 50 minutes of easy, yet effective circuits interlaced with weights and resistance work - using various training tools. It's a combination that drives up your endurance and gets your body moving, stronger and ripped. R - Resistance, I - Intervals, P - Power, P - Plyometrics, E - Endurance, and D - Diet. Great compliment to any cardio or yoga based classes/workouts. Adaptable to most fitness levels, for Teens & Adults. KETTLEBELL BASICS (30 minutes) —To many, kettlebells are intimidating! You may look at kettlebells and think they are only for highly trained or hard core athletes. Well they are not, kettlebell training is for everyone. Working with kettlebells and knowing just the basic movements will help you reap faster gains in far less time than more traditional methods. These classes are taught by Hannah Thayer, SFG, NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

HIGH INTENSITY PLYO (30 minutes) —Plyometric training is an explosive way to gain strength while building endurance, agility, and speed. This is a 30 minute, high intensity workout aimed to get you off the ground. We will be using quick, powerful movements to burn fat, tone muscle, and help boost your energy throughout the day. BOSU BALANCE (50 minutes) —Bosu Balance is based on changing the environment by utilizing tools like the bosu ball to challenge your core, balance and muscle awareness. This class will not only improve your functional strength and coordination but can be used as corrective exercise to help posture and/or muscle imbalances. RESTORATIVE YOGA (30 minutes)—Taking the time to stretch and restore the muscles after workouts can make a huge difference in strength & endurance. When muscles are at optimal resting length they are able to produce optimal force and it helps prevent injuries. This class will focus on getting your muscles to their resting length, so that you can perform even better in the gym. TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (50 minutes) —During this 50 minute class we will be getting that heart rate up and you will break a nice sweat! We will be focusing on improving your muscle strength and tone using a set of dumbbells incorporating upper and lower body exercises also focusing on core conditioning and increasing that lean muscle mass.
